Follow-up Bundle, 30 minutes

3 x 30 minute bundle follow-up / accountability appointments. (These can be face to face or online. An initial consultation will need to be done first). Each follow-up appointment is an opportunity to review your current progress, answer your nutrition questions, provide additional resources and support, and help you to identify and manage the barriers standing between you and your goals.
